What is Certification?
There are two levels of certification covered by this prep course: the SHRM-CP and the SHRM-SCP.

The SHRM Certification shows that the HR Professional has demonstrated mastery of the HR body of knowledge and has accepted the challenge to stay informed of past, present and future developments within the HR field.
