TCSHRM Cancellation Policy

TCSHRM Program and Conference Cancellation Policy

This Program and Conference Cancellation Policy of the Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management (TCSHRM) outlines the terms and processes of an individual cancelling a registration of a TCSHRM program and/or conference.

1. Terms regarding monthly programs and Cornerstone events. With written cancellation notice, received five (5) business days prior to a monthly program or Cornerstone event, a registrant will receive a refund, less a $15 administrative charge. Cancellations less than five (5) business days prior to the monthly program or Cornerstone event are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be faxed or emailed to the TCSHRM office at 612.470-7476 or programs@tchra.org. Any registrant who does not attend the monthly program or Cornerstone event and does not cancel their registration five (5) business days prior to monthly program or Cornerstone event will not receive a refund.

 

2. Terms regarding conferences. With written cancellation notice, received ten (10) business days prior to a conference, a registrant will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations less than ten (10) business days prior to the conference are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be faxed or emailed to the TCHRA office. Any registrant who does not attend the conference and does not cancel their registration ten (10) business days prior to conference will not receive a refund.

 

3. Exceptions. Exceptions to these terms for cancellations may be granted only by the VP of Programs and/or the Board of Directors.
