Amy has been a member of TCHRA and SHRM since 1999. She has served as a teammember on the Employee/Labor Relations Team and Certification Team, Team Leader for the Certification Team, and prior VP of Community,College/University & Government Relations.

Amy has over 15 years generalist experience in small to large size, non-union and union environments, as well as over seven years experience in crisis counseling. She currently is a Director - Human Resource Business Partner/Generalist for Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (formally American Express Financial Advisors) supporting several business lines including the Ameriprise Bank, FSB, Financial Services Center, Ameriprise Information Management, and the Chief Privacy Office. Amy is SPHR certified and has obtained her BA in Business Administration and MBA in Human Resource Management, both from the University of St. Thomas.

Jodi Hanson is Vice President, Human Resources Manager at Wells Fargo. Her department has responsibility for providing strategic human resources consulting services for several operations divisions of the bank. She has over 14 years experience in human resources. An SHRM member for more than 10 years and TCHRA member for 13 years, Hanson has held a variety of volunteer leadership positions with TCHRA including VP of Professional Development, Orientation Team Lead and Speaker Chair for the 2000 State SHRM Conference. She holds a B.A. in Speech-Communications from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from the University of St. Thomas.

Mirco is a SHRM member and has been a member of TCHRA since 2001. He served as a TCHRA member on the HRD, International teams in 2002-2003, as a Team Leader for the International Team in 2003-2005 and as a VP of Program since 2005. He worked for Personnel Decisions International as an HR Generalist and Recruitment Manager between 2000 and 2008 and currently holds the position of HR Manager with Select Comfort. Mirco received an MBA from the University of Vermont.

Rebecca is the Branch Manager for the Minneapolis branch of Bayard Advertising Agency, a full-service recruitment communications agency and consultancy. In her current role, she manages a team dedicated to developing recruitment and retention strategies. Rebecca has been a member with TCHRA since January 2006. She has been actively involved in planning the HR Talk: TCHRA Membership and Networking Events, as well as participating on the Recruitment and Selection Programming Committee. She has served on the board of Twin Cities Rotaract, an organization of young professionals committed to community service and professional development, for three years. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree from Winona State University in Mass Communication and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.

Robyn Salonek is the Benefits Analyst at Cardinal Glass Industries. She has over 13 years experience in the benefits area. Her primary emphasis is currently on the design, development, strategic planning, communication and administration of Cardinal’s health & welfare benefits for multiple facilities across the U. S. Robyn’s knowledge includes that of ERISA, IRS regulations, HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125 & other benefits compliance areas. Robyn is PHR certified since 1999 and has been a SHRM member since 1998 as well as a TCHRA member since 2003. She has served as the co-team lead on the Comp/Benefits Team for TCHRA from 2005-current. Robyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee and has her Producers license for insurance.

Tiffany is a member of SHRM and has been an active member with TCHRA since 2000. She has served on the Member Resources team as the Team Lead for both the Volunteers and New Members Committees and as the VP of Member Resources. Tiffany has over 12 years experience in human resources and earned her PHR certification in 2000. She obtained her BS in Speech Communications from Mankato State University and an MA in Organizational Management from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN.

Sarah has been a member of SHRM since 2006 and joined TCHRA in 2008.  She recently helped launch the newly offered webinar programming for TCHRA and developed the Webinar Team for Programs and Events.  She is brand new to the board, joining as the VP of Finance and Administration. Sarah brings 10 years of human resources experience in benefits and talent acquisition to TCHRA. Sarah currently contracts as a Talent Acquisition Consultant on Oberon, LLC’s Talent Management Team.  Sarah holds a B.A. In History from the University of Texas at Austin.

Peggy has been the administrator for TCHRA since 1973 and a member of SHRM since 1988. She joins with other CMPs (Chapter Management Professionals), within SHRM, to share ideas and current practices of the SHRM chapters. Peggy manages a staff of six colleagues and is the President of Peggy Bushee Services,Inc. located in Apple Valley.
