HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER:  Paddock Laboratories is a privately-held niche-based pharmaceutical company located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. The incumbent will partner with managers and employees to develop and implement solutions for individual, organizational and business issues. The incumbent will possess the ability to apply the principles of human resources management in a successful manner; this includes the development and delivery of HR programs and practices in the areas of organization effectiveness, employee relations, performance management and recruitment.Individual must possess the required competencies: excellent analytical and problem solving skills, high degree of integrity, customer focus, effective results, effective priority setting and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships. Areas of HR experience required: Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation, and Performance Management.Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, Master’s degree preferred. Eight years applicable Human Resources experience. Candidates with related HR industry experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical manufacturing will be preferred.
