SUMMARY: Management and administration of human resources activities.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Benefit Plans management, administration, and issue resolution.2.Conduct new hire orientation.3.Performance appraisal process facilitation.4.Develop and maintain human resource policies and procedures.5.First level response for employee inquiries and issues.6.Coach and counsel managers and employees on employment related issues.7.Develop and update job descriptions as needed.8.Assist in recruiting as needed to include: resume review and response, candidatecorrespondence, scheduling, applicant tracking, and conduct initial screening.9.Back up Receptionist and Office Coordinator as needed which includes front desk coverage and coordinating company events.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1.Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field.2.Three to five years experience in a human resources generalist role. 3.Experience dealing with a variety of employee relations issues.4.Knowledge of human resources and recruiting best practices. 5.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner. 6.Proficiency with Microsoft Office. 7.Polished interpersonal and communication skills.Popular Front offers a competitive salary and benefits package to include:Medical and dental premiums are 100% company paid for employee + 1. 100% company paid life insurance, short term disability, and long term disability.The 401(k) match is 100% up to the first 3% and .50 on the dollar for the next 2% contributed with immediate vesting.To apply: e-mail cover letter, salary requirements, and resume to iwanttowork@popularfront.com.No phone calls or search firms please.
