Job Description:Corporate Human Resources Manager- Bloomington, MNMajor Function: In collaboration with HR Director provides HR consultation to Toro’s International division as well as Finance and IT corporate functional groups, ensuring a highly productive, motivated and professional work force that enables customers to attain business objectives. This HR Business Partner will act as employee champion and change agent.Duties and Responsibilities: Talent Management• Determine talent implications for functional areas, based on business objectives.• Assist with improving organizational effectiveness by analyzing department structure and evaluating options that will best meet business needs.• Actively partner in talent pool development and succession planning process.Performance Management• Consult with business partners on performance management systems and processes.• Consult and coach managers/supervisors on handling employee performance and development issues. Employee Relations• Maintain and enhance a productive work environment by consulting leaders on employee relations strategies.• Investigate, consult and recommend actions regarding employee complaints.Corporate Culture • Promote Toro culture throughout customer base to maintain a positive corporate culture.• Coordinate team development efforts and participate in employee activities to further enhance employee engagement.• Partnering with the organizational development function, drive employee engagement, business performance and ensure retention of key staff.Talent Acquisition• Partnering with the talent acquisition team, oversee the recruitment process consistent with Toro's philosophy and established practices and assist with filling open positions as necessary.• Partner with talent acquisition to roll out staffing initiatives and communicate staffing activities.Total Rewards• Partner with Total Rewards function to ensure reward systems support and further business strategies.• Maintain equity in the administration and interpretation of company pay policies.• Administer the Corporation’s expatriate program.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, master’s degree preferred.• At least three years of international (multi-country) human resources management experience.• At least seven years of related human resources management experience, predominantly with corporate functional groups. • Experience in a business partner model in an organization with specialized HR functional support areas required.• Strong experience with talent pool development, organizational design, project management and group facilitation.• Strong leadership, business acumen, change management, influencing and consulting skills required.About Toro:Headquartered in Bloomington, MN, The Toro Company delivers innovation through a surprising array of products.
