| Job Description: | Senior Manager of Training and Organizational Development Major Function: Lead the corporate training and organizational design and development function by aligning corporate objectiveswith programs, plans and processes that will enhance the organizations’ overall effectiveness. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide enterprise expertise in organizational development.• Design, develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s organizational vitality.• Provide leadership to the corporate training function to ensure the curriculum, programs and activities meet the organization’s strategic talent objectives.• Oversee all training program offerings and training administration.• Oversee T&D technology solutions and processes; partner with HRIS and IS to assess, develop, upgrade and implement cost effective solutions.• Manage the design, development and implementation of programs employing external trainers/facilitators. Bring together vendors and subject matter experts needed to help develop content, courses and/or programs.• Consult, support and recommend training and educational programs/curriculum in response to specific management/functional needs. Collaborate with HR Business Partners in response to talent development needs and plans.• Lead the design, development, implementation of corporate wide performance management systems, programs and processes.• Lead the design of an employee development framework. Oversee the creation and implementation of employee development systems and processes which support the framework.• Design, develop and implement a talent management framework and create systems and processes to support the framework.• Design, develop and implement assessment and training initiatives for key talent and executive leadership development.• Provide oversight and consultation of corporate-wide career development programs. • Coach, lead and mentor HR Business Partners in talent management and organizational design.Qualifications:• Master’s degree in relevant field (HR, Organizational Development, or Psychology). • At least ten years of direct training and organizational development experience.• Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing talent management systems in a for profit business setting. • Demonstrated ability to successfully initiate and implement projects/strategies related to all aspects of training and development in alignment with corporate objectives.• Proven relationship building skills, ability to gain and build support for workplace initiatives and management decisions.• Strong interpersonal and oral communications skills; excellent technical proficiency, organizational agility, good judgment, and solid business acumen.
