| Job Description: | A multi-state wholesale beverage distribution company seeks an Human Resource Director to be responsible for the Human Resource department of their division with approximately 210 employees. This position will report directly to the divisional president. A background as an HR Generalist is needed, with proven skills in working with unions, employee relations, management training and development, and HRIS. This position will be responsible for employee relations, recruiting, orientation and maintaining an accurate HR database. Bachelor’s degree required; SPHR/PHR preferred.
