Asset Marketing Services is a national multi-million dollar direct response company. We specialize in coin collectibles from around the world, rare watches, jewelry and other consumer products with over 370 Associates in 5 locations. We have recently completed selling collectible coin projects featuring the Beijing 2008 and Vancouver 2010 Olympic games. This position will be responsible for being the HR business partner for our Customer Support and PCS Inbound Call Center Departments and will provide back up support with the recruitment of Outbound Coin Sales staff, Product Development – Coin Merchandising and additional staff as directed by the VP of HR. This includes, posting positions with internal and external recruitment sources, maintaining the AMSI corporate website, initial screening, conducting phone screenings, coordinating substance screens and criminal background checks and reference checking. All of which will be done in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Schedule, coordinate and conduct new hire orientation in a timely manner with all new AMSI Associates at our various company locations. Provide leadership role for the Events Committee and Wellness Committee. Events Committee provides programs and services that support the fraternity and community of all AMSI Associates. Wellness Committee provides programs and services that support the healthy lifestyle and promotes health awareness of all AMSI Associates. Assist in maintaining the HRIS system and personnel records (including filing of documents) to ensure up-to-date, accurate and legally compliant data and reports as required by State/Federal law as requested by management. Provide and recommend various on-site training services & resources for internal customers to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate must be proactive and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with sound administration office practices in a Human Resources environment. Ideally you will have 1-2 years of HR recruitment experience. Four year degree in Human Resources or a related business field is a must. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and HRIS (Ceridian Redwood is very helpful) database is also required. PHR certification encouraged.
