The Twin Cities Human Resource Association has created this privacy statement in
order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of individuals using this
website. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices
for this site.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer
our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart
on both the Programs and HR Jobs areas of the site.
Tchra.org uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. Our registration forms
require users to give us contact information (like their name, email address, and
other membership data), and financial information (like their account or credit
card numbers).
Our site uses an order form for members and non-members to request products and
services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and
financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information
from the order form is used to send order information to our customers. The customer's
contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial
information that is collected is used to administer the billing, invoice and confirmation
process for products and services.
TCHRA also maintains its membership database on this site. The information requested
of, and maintained on, members or prospective members is listed on the membership
application, and in the membership database. Certain fields of information such
as your name, company, work phone, work email, your company's size and industry
are provided to other TCHRA members via this website and in the printed, annual
membership directory via search capabilities. This information is provided as a
service only to other members, and is not disclosed to other parties. TCHRA does
sell its membership listing to outside individuals whose request meets the criteria
established by the board as having a bona fide, research or Association interest

You may decline to provide any of the information requested on this site; however,
if you do not provide the requested information, we may not be able to process your
request for products or services. If you wish to correspond and process requests
for services or products via check and USMail services, you may do so by following

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration
of the information under our control. The Twin Cities Human Resource Association
does not sell or share any contact or financial information with any other businesses,
mailing lists, private individuals, organizations or websites except as described
above, or to program vendors who have an established contract with TCHRA and who
offer their services to members on this site. The information disclosed is only
that which is required for the vendor to process order requests. If you have any

Program Registration and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies only to TCHRA sponsored programs. If payment is made by check,
please provide separate checks for TCHRA sponsored programs made payable to TCHRA.
Checks and a copy of your registration form should be sent separately to TCHRA to
the addresses indicated on the Secured Payment form. If payment is made on-line
via credit card, TCHRA will receive and process charges for their respective programs
separately. These charges will appear separately on your charge card statement.
Once submitted, your shopping cart selections will be processed by the TCHRA Administrative
Offices to verify payment and to verify space in the selected programs. You will
receive confirmation of your program registration via email if payment is made by
on-line credit card. If you wish to pay by check or credit card, via USMail, your
payment will be processed by the TCHRA Administrative Offices. You may request a
receipt for your attendance the day of the program.
Individuals who register for a TCHRA program/event and cancel by contacting the
TCHRA office up to and including seven calendar days prior to the program/event
date will receive a refund for their registration, less a 10% cancellation fee.
Individuals who register for a TCHRA program/event and cancel by contacting the
TCHRA office less than seven calendar days prior the program/event date will not
receive a refund. TCHRA will, however, accept an alternate attendee.
Individuals who register for a TCHRA program/event and do not cancel by contacting
the TCHRA office prior to the program/event date will still be billed for the cost
