The role of this position is to assist the President of the TCHRA as well as the Board in supporting all key initiatives while operating in accordance with our by-laws and mission
President
As the Chief Executive Officer of TCHRA, the President is responsible for the direction of the Association consistent with the role and mission of the organization and the strategic direction established by the Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
Vice President - Communications
Responsible for the management of all communication programs of TCHRA. Implement communication strategies in a manner, which effectively communicates TCHRA activities and Human Resource issues to TCHRA members and the local community.
Vice President - Community and Government Relations
Responsible for the management of community and government relations programs of TCHRA. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining activities and relationships which enhance the position of TCHRA in the community at large, including College/University Relations and the education of the general membership regarding State and Federal legislative initiatives which impacts the human resource profession.
Vice President - Finance & Administration
As the Vice President of Finance and Administration of TCHRA, the individual is responsible for prudent and responsible oversight of the finances and financial matters and status of the Association, and ethical behavior within the association membership consistent with the role and mission of the organization and the strategic direction established by the Leadership Team and the Board of Directors. The position also provides general administrative support and guidance, at an organizational entity level, working with the Board of Directors.

Marketing & Retention,
Orientation and Member Processing team leads. Mentoring Chair, Member Orientation Chair, Marketing and Retention Chair, Networking and New Member.
Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator serves as key contact person for individuals interested in volunteering within TCHRA. This position reports to and is appointed by the Vice President -- Member Resources.
Vice President - Professional Development
Provide leadership and guidance on professional development, leadership, and continuing education programs for TCHRA.

General Programs Chair and
Leadership Development and Continuing Education Chair.
Vice President - Programs
Manage the program team. Coordinate the work of the program teams to ensure the delivery of a broad range of programs which meet the needs of TCHRA members.
Program Team Leaders
Ensure overall effectiveness of his/her team. Seek out and implement ways to offer relevant educational opportunities, information / idea exchange sessions, and professional networking opportunities for TCHRA members.
