POSITION PURPOSE: Seek and implement ways to offer relevant educational opportunities, information / ideas exchange sessions, and professional networking opportunities for TCHRA members.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
develop and coordinate team programs, seminars, and workshops work with Team Lead to plan programs in advance arrange prospective speakers, set up facilities, and copy handouts if needed
collect program evaluation forms for coordinated program, summarize them and share with the rest of the team and the VP of Programs provide announcement of upcoming programs to VP of Communications by the newsletter deadline, no later than 2 months prior to the program date
ensure programs are placed on the website 2 months in advance of the program date
ensure that expenditures are made in a manner consistent with organizational guidelines and within established budgetary guidelines for the team
submit the Program Team Reconciliation Form with collected payments to the TCHRA office within 5 days after each coordinated program
contact speaker to re-confirm a week before the program
attend board meetings in place of Team Leader as needed provide support to other Team Members as needed

Overall activity level
Program evaluation reports
Coordination of previously planned programs
Attendance of team meetings
TERM: Nominated by the respective Team Lead and affirmed by the Board of Directors for a minimum term of one year. This position requires up to 2-4 hours of volunteer time monthly.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: The program Team Members on each team report to the Team Lead/Leadsfor the respective team.
