POSITION PURPOSE: To lead and manage Mentoring, Networking, Marketing & Retention, Orientation and Member Processing team leads.
REQUIREMENTS: Excellent Interpersonal, Networking, Coaching and Public Speaking Skills. At least 10 years in HR field with leadership experience Member of TCHRA for at least 7 years with 3 years of volunteer experience
PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
PHR / SPHR or advanced HR degree
SHRM Member
College degree
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a member of the Leadership Team and Board of Directors
Participate in policy formulation and decision making
Participate in the strategic planning process
Lead and manage teams within member resources
Convene and chair regular meetings of committee chairs for the purpose of generating ideas, reporting progress, solving problems and promoting communications
Ensure membership applications are reviewed on a regular basis
Ensure Orientation programs are implemented on a timely basis
Develop strategies for marketing to potential members
Design strategies for retention
Assist in special projects
