- Lead our board and leadership team's succession planning process.
- Effectively facilitate Board/Leadership team meetings
- Create TCHRA ambassador program
- Hire external marketing vendor to create and execute marketing plan focused on member recruitment and retention
- Attend member orientation sessions and bi-monthly member meeting/networking events to stay in touch with member needs.
- Make personal contact in a timely manner to welcome assigned new members via phone/email.

- Make recommendations to the Board for expenditures that are really investments, to keep our practices up to date with prevailing practices and to facilitate the overall financial health of the organization
- Provide thought leadership around membership trending and forecasting.
- Ensure membership renewal information is disseminated in a timely manner for 2006/07
- Report on monthly and quarterly financials to keep the Board updated on financial status and issues

- Maintain a user friendly website and newsletter

- Long Term Foster Care Youth (fall workshop)
- Alternative High School Program (spring workshop)
- Manage appropriate use of TCHRA student scholarships, grants, and awards
