Membership in the Twin Cities Human Resource Association provides a number of
benefits. Below is a summary of some of the value you will derive through membership
in one of the largest affiliate chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management
(SHRM) in the United States.

If you are a professional or a student in the field of
human resources and you would like to join us, or are a current TCHRA member
and wish to renew your annual membership, proceed to the Application
Form. You may complete this form and pay for your membership on-line
with your VISA, MasterCard or American Express Card, or print the form and submit
it to TCHRA's offices with your check.
Membership is open to individuals who have a bona fide interest in the field of human resources as
defined in the Association By-laws. For an explanation of membership categories,
please refer to the Association By-laws. TCHRA reviews all applications for membership
and reserves the right to deny membership to those individuals who do not meet
the criteria for membership as specified in the By-laws.
Annual membership runs from the date your application/renewal is approved and payment is processed.
Annual dues are $95 payable in US Dollars. Dues may be deductible as membership in a
professional association on your income tax forms. Consult your tax advisor for
more information.

Seven Program Teams meet regularly to discuss issues and topics presented by speakers on a variety of human resource functional areas. Current teams are:

General Meetings
At least two general membership meetings are held annually to stimulate thinking and discuss strategic issues facing the profession, as presented by national speakers, and to provide opportunities for networking.
Bimonthly "News & Views" Newsletter
Publication for TCHRA members informing them on the organization's activities and current HR issues. Downloadable PDF format newsletters are available on-line to members on this website.
Networking Directory
A resource of TCHRA members who are willing to share their knowledge and a variety of expertise on human resource issues. This information is available as part of the searchable, membership database under the Membership Resources section of this website.
