The University of Minnesota Medical School seeks a senior level human resources professional as Director of Human Resources. This key member of the administrative team within the Medical School has responsibility for leadership and coordination of human resource and organization development functions within the school. The Director will provide consultation and technical expertise to the Dean, Department Heads, Associate Deans, Administrative Center Directors, HR Managers, and employees within the Medical School and is responsible for administering human resources policies, programs and practices and building an infrastructure to support the school.
